IUJ Laundry Hub
A live status board for the laundry rooms at the International University of Japan. Residents check what's free before walking over — and the board stays accurate because the residents themselves keep it that way.
- Live availability for 30 washers and dryers across three student dormitories, by wing and floor
- Four states per machine: available, running, finished but not yet emptied, out of service
- Residents start their own cycle, flag a machine spotted in use, or report a fault with the reason recorded
